Anti LGBTQ+ bill is unnecessary, speaking on behalf of the civil Society Group on joynews , Professor Audrey Gadzekpo ,The Pulse Board Chair of CDD Ghana said ,We are not prevaricating,we are against the entire bill.We say The bill is unnecessary because some of the provisions that I think make people say yes ,we need a bill like that have already been catered for in our criminal law .
She further went on to say ,the passage of the Anti LGBTQ+ bill will increase brain drain, according to research people leave their countries when they feel targeted so same thing may happen here since skilled and trained people will leave the country because they won’t feel safe .
